• A tiered management structure including an area supervisor that supervises no more than five pools
• Maintenance of shower/locker rooms or restrooms, including all paper and cleaning supplies
• Day-to-day maintenance of the pool including chemicals, cleaning and record keeping
• Pre-season mechanical assessment and facility walk-through
• Pool opening, cleaning and startup
• Fresh water winterization
• Maintenance of all safety-related supplies
• Chemical delivery
• Rental of lifeguard staff for special events
• Swim lesson coordination and implementation
• Organization and coaching for competitive swim teams
