Where will I work?
Since we staff many different locations you can request a certain pool closest to you. However, this is a first come opportunity. If a pool near you is already staffed you will be sent to another pool.
How do I sign up for a class?
Click here. First you will need to read about our class policies and then you will continue to a class list. Click on the class you wish to take. You will need to enter your RSVP information and pay for the class. You will not be registered until we receive your payment.
I signed up for a class but need to cancel. What do I do?
Our cancellation policy can be found here. Please note that you may only receive a refund if you cancel at least five days ahead of time.

Challenge- A challenge is for currently certified lifeguards. It is a one day event, where you complete all your Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR skills and renew your certifications. Even though lifeguarding certification is good for three years, to work for LGU you must challenge every year unless you take a class.

It allows you to work at neighborhood pools as well as Waterpark facilities. This way you will be qualified to work at any Lifeguards Unlimited pool.
Orientation- This is a mandatory event held in May. We complete paperwork, go over the Employee Handbook, and many other things. The orientation is a couple hours and free to our staff. We usually hold the orientation in three to four areas on different nights of the week. You only need to attend one but please RSVP. For a schedule of orientations please go here.
