Lifeguard
Job Description
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all pool patrons while on duty
Complete all job assignments and tasks as directed by immediate supervisor as needed
Administer first aid and direct care to patrons and staff as needed
Communicate effectively with supervisors

Job Qualifications
Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR-PR/AED/Fist Aid certifications
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and mechanical operations a plus
A minimum of 15 years of age
Ability to work well with others
 

 

Head Lifeguard
Job Description
Aid pool manager/area supervisor in maintaining aquatic facility
Responsible for supervising staff in absence of pool manager/asst. manager
Maintain safe environment for all patrons and pool staff.
 
Job Qualifications
Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR-PR/AED/Fist Aid certifications
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and mechanical operations a plus
A minimum of two years lifeguard experience
Current American Read Cross LGI certification a plus
Ability to lead and motivate staff and work as part of a team
 


 
Neighborhood Pool Manager

Job Description
Responsible for maintaining aquatic facility and overseeing daily operations
Responsible for supervising staff
Create and maintain staff schedule
Report to area supervisor
Maintain safe environment for all patrons and pool staff.
 
Job Qualifications
Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR-PR/AED/Fist Aid certifications
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and mechanical operations
A minimum of two years lifeguard experience
Current American Read Cross LGI certification a plus

Asst. Municipal Pool Manager

Job Description
Aid Lead Pool Manager in daily operations of aquatic facility
Responsible for supervising pool staff in absence of lead manager
Report to Lead pool manager
Maintain safe environment for all patrons and pool staff.
 
Job Qualifications
Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR-PR/AED/Fist Aid certifications
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and mechanical operations
A minimum of one year lifeguard experience
Current American Read Cross LGI certification a plus
Ability to lead and motivate staff and work as part of a team
 
 


Municipal Pool Manager

Job Description
Responsible for maintaining aquatic facility and overseeing daily operations

Area Supervisor

Job Description
Responsible for daily operations for up to five area neighborhood pools.
Supervise staff for each pool; including managers and lifeguards
Maintain lifeguard schedule ensuring all shifts are covered and pools stay operational
Company/client liaison
Communicating all necessary needs and information to Director of Management services in timely manner
Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR-PR/AED/Fist Aid certifications
Responsible for reporting timesheets to HR in a timely manner
 
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 21 years of age
At least two years management experience
Willingness to work as a member of team
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
